Our Story
Before 2016, I didn’t know anything about leathercraft. What got me started wasn’t inspiration, it was frustration. Around that time, several things I owned that were supposed to be “leather” — a work briefcase, a belt, a bike seat, even a phone case — all started falling apart after just a year or two. It felt like a constant cycle of buying, replacing, and throwing away. I wanted to put an end to that.
In 2016, I picked up some tools and started learning. My goal was simple: make products for myself that would last. I taught myself how to cut, stitch, and finish everything by hand, and I’ve been hooked ever since.
Now I bring that same mindset to every piece I make. I only work with full-grain Japanese leather, chosen for its strength, reliability, and the way it develops character over time. The details matter too: beveled and burnished edges, strong German thread, and solid brass hardware. Before I choose a type of leather for products, I test it myself in daily life. If it cannot hold up, I do not sell it.
What started as frustration has turned into a craft I love — creating leather goods that are simple, durable, and built to stand the test of time.
